There may be a time when you need to remove stamps that have been added in error, there are two ways this can be done.
Using the Stamper App
Using the stamper app, scan the customers card as usual so you can see the customers card details.
The use the '-' button to set a negative value of stamps to the amount you want to remove. To remove 1 stamp set to -1.
From the Loopy Loyalty Dashboard
Navigate to the 'Customer' section in the dashboard, and click on the 'Give Stamps' tab. In the 'Stamps to Give' box, add a negative value of stamp to the amount you want to remove. Then click the 'Stamp' button.
