Enrolling a new customer and viewing your active campaigns

Sign up a walk-in customer, or check what a campaign looks like, from Enrol Customer.

Written by Nyi Nyi Zaw

Want to sign up a walk-in customer on the spot, or just check what one of your campaigns looks like?

Open the ⋮ menu on the Home screen and tap Enrol Customer to see every campaign you run. Tap a campaign just to view its card design and details, or show the customer its QR code to sign them up on the spot - they scan it with their own phone to add the card to Wallet themselves.

Before you start

  • Where to find this: Home screen → ⋮ menu (top right) → Enrol Customer.

  • When you'd need this: a walk-in customer wants to join and doesn't have a card yet, or you want to confirm a program is still running, check what the stamp card looks like, or double-check the reward wording before a customer asks.

  • What you'll need to enroll someone: to be logged in, with the customer's phone present to scan the code.

Steps

  1. On the Home screen, tap the ⋮ menu in the top right and choose Enrol Customer.

  2. Tap the campaign you want - every campaign you run is listed here, even if you only have one.

  3. Scroll to see the campaign's description and reward details below the QR code - useful if you're just checking, not enrolling anyone.

  4. To enroll a customer: show them the QR code labeled "Scan to enroll," have them scan it with their phone's camera, and confirm they add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

💡 Checking on an expired campaign? An expired campaign still shows here with a blurred QR and a "Campaign has Expired" overlay - you can see its design and details, you just can't enroll anyone new into it.

Good to know

  • Viewing and enrolling both start from the same campaign list - you just don't need to show the screen to anyone if you're only checking.

  • The app itself doesn't ask you for the customer's email or phone number - the customer fills in whatever sign-up fields your campaign collects when they scan the code.

  • This shows what's live in the app right now. To change a campaign's design, description, or end date, that's still done from the Loopy Loyalty web dashboard.

  • This is the in-person, in-store version of enrollment. The web dashboard's enrollment form is a separate self-serve link meant for sharing online.
