This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the Loopy Loyalty Terms and Conditions agreement between PassKit, Inc. and You (the “Agreement”) for the purchase of online services from Loopy Loyalty (identified either as “Services” or otherwise in the applicable agreement, and hereinafter defined as “Services” or “Loopy Loyalty Services”) to reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data.
