If you're using an iPad to stamp your customers' cards but can't seem to scan the barcode on your customers' cards, here are a few things you can do:
Put your iPad in portrait mode and scan from there.
If your iPad is in landscape mode, turn your customers' phone 30 or 90 degrees for the iPad to scan the barcode.
