Terminology

Terms & Conditions

The rules, stipulations, and guidelines governing a digital stamp card or loyalty program. These can be customized to define how stamps are earned, what rewards are offered, and any other relevant conditions for participation.

Digital Stamp Card

An electronic version of a traditional stamp card, used within a loyalty program to track customer purchases and reward them for their engagement.

Loyalty Program

A marketing strategy designed to encourage customers to continue purchasing from a business by offering rewards or benefits for their repeat patronage.

Stamps

Virtual markers or credits earned by customers within a digital stamp card program, typically based on purchases or other defined actions.

Rewards

The benefits or incentives offered to customers within a loyalty program upon reaching a specified number of stamps or achieving other program milestones. Examples include free items, discounts, or special offers.

Terms & Conditions

Add the terms and conditions for your digital stamp card.

We've provided some text as a suggestion / starting point. But, you can delete this text and enter your own Terms & Condition, or simply amend the text to align with your loyalty program.

For example:

  • Change "Earn 1 stamp for every coffee purchased" to "Earn 1 stamp for every $5 spent", or

  • Change "Collect 8 stamps to receive a free large coffee upon your next visit" to "Collect 12 stamps to receive 10% discount off your next bill".

You have complete freedom to change the terms and conditions to fit your business and your loyalty program design.

Be sure to change the suggested text to the Terms and Conditions for your program before you start promoting your loyalty card.

By default, the text you enter in the Terms & Condition field will appear on your digital stamp card and on your customer enrolment page. If you don't want this to appear, you can disable it by using the toggle.

Adding a link to your Terms and Conditions

We also provide an option to add a link on the back of the Stamp Card to the Terms and Conditions held on your website.

Card Issuer Details

Provide contact information for customers who have queries, complaints, or claims with respect to your digital stamp card. All of these details will appear on the bottom of your card.
