Where will customer information be stored?

Access all of your customer data inside Loopy Loyalty.

All data that you collect on your enrollment page will be stored in the 'Customers' tab in Loopy Loyalty. 

For example, if you've chosen to collect First Name and Email Address, this is what you will see in your 'Customers' page:

By default, we've added the following fields to the table so you can get a quick overview of each customer:

  • Date joined

  • Card status

  • Stamps Earned

  • Rewards Earned

  • Rewards Redeemed
