Loopy Loyalty is a subscription-based service. When you subscribe, you gain immediate and continuous access to the platform and its features for the duration of your billing period. Because the Service is delivered immediately and can be used instantly, all subscription charges are final and non-refundable.
Access to the full Loopy Loyalty platform, tools, and features is provided immediately upon subscription or renewal. This constitutes delivery of the Service for the entire billing period, regardless of your level of usage or login activity.
1. No Refunds
All payments made to Loopy Loyalty are final. We do not offer refunds for:
partial use of the Service,
unused access or lack of login activity,
failure to cancel before your renewal date,
accidental subscriptions or renewals,
dissatisfaction resulting from features available during the subscription period.
This applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans.
2. Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Loopy Loyalty account.
Cancellation stops your subscription from renewing, but it does not generate a refund for any portion of the current billing period. Your access continues until the end of the already-paid subscription term.
Ending your subscription does not reverse or invalidate charges that were processed before the cancellation took effect.
3. Chargebacks
If you ever have a question about a charge—or believe something is incorrect—please contact us first at team@loopyloyalty.com. We can resolve most issues quickly without involving your bank.
Loopy Loyalty provides immediate and continuous access to the platform for the duration of each paid billing period. Because this access constitutes delivery of the Service, filing a chargeback for a valid subscription payment is not an appropriate way to resolve a billing concern.
Filing a chargeback may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is under review. If the chargeback is reversed in Loopy Loyalty's favor, you remain responsible for all reinstated subscription fees and any outstanding balances.
