How to use the Loopy Loyalty Status Page
Access the Status Page
Open your web browser and navigate to the Loopy Loyalty Status Page
You will be greeted by an overview of the system's current status, including a banner at the top indicating the overall health of Loopy Loyalty services.
Review the Overall Status
At the top of the page, check the Overall Status Banner:
Green Banner: All systems are operational.
Yellow/Orange Banner: Some services are experiencing degraded performance or a partial outage.
Red Banner: Major outages affecting multiple services.
If the banner indicates issues, proceed to review specific services.
Identify the Affected Service
Scroll down to the Uptime section.
Services are listed with the API endpoints being tested and other services to check (e.g. dashboard features, APIs, or customer support)
Look at the Status Indicator next to each service:
Operational (Green): Service is running normally.
Partial Outage (Yellow/Orange): Some features of the service are not functioning.
Major Outage (Red): The service is completely down.
If one of the Loopy Loyalty services is orange or red, it may indicate that all services within that category are affected and currently down, even if other related services show as green, since they may interact with the affected service.
Review Recent Incidents
Navigate to the Status Updates section, found toward the bottom of the page.
Check for Recent Incidents that might explain the issue. Each incident includes:
Affected services
Incident description and timestamps
Updates on resolution progress
If the incident matches your observed issue, you’ll know the service is currently being addressed.
Use Individual Service Pages
Click on the service name to view detailed analytics for that specific service:
Current operational status
Uptime history
Average, maximum, and minimum response times
Logs of any past incidents
Subscribe to Updates
If the service is currently down or experiencing issues, consider subscribing to updates:
Use the Subscribe to Updates option on the status page to input your email and receive updates
Confirm with Your Application
Even if the status page shows services as operational, test the service in your application to confirm it's working as expected. Some issues may not yet be reported on the status page.
What to Do If You Confirm an Outage
Wait for Resolution
If the outage is listed on the status page, Loopy Loyalty is already aware and working on a fix.
Contact Support
If the issue is not listed, reach out to our support team at support@passkit.com or use the chat support online with the details of the service and the problem you are encountering as it may be an issue local to you
